One of the biggest mistakes we can make is to look out there and think that everyone else has got it well put together, like they know what they’re doing. We compare our insides with everyone else’s outsides – that’s never going to be a fair comparison. People have a good presenting self but essentially everyone has their own stuff going on behind those eyes. We’re all just winging it, trying our best to live in a fast paced world. Therapy can help us to be our best self and at peace.
